1. Data we collect

When you submit a demonstration request, the website receives only the data needed to handle that request.

• your full name;
• company name and position;
• email address;
• phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• a comment about what interested you, if you choose to add one;
• page language, consent version and consent time.

2. How we use the data

We use the data to review your request, contact you, briefly discuss your manufacturing environment and, where appropriate, agree on demonstration access.

Submitting the form does not create a LUKE account, grant a licence or open demonstration access automatically.

3. Where the data is stored

Requests are stored in a separate website database on Cloudflare infrastructure. They are not written to a LUKE database or transferred to installed LUKE manufacturing systems.

The website owner accesses requests through a protected administration panel. We do not sell this data or use it for third-party advertising. Technical providers may process the minimum data necessary to operate and protect the website.

4. Form protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated and spam requests. During verification, Cloudflare may process technical browser and network signals, including an IP address. The LUKE AIMOS website does not store the IP address in the lead record.

5. Retention and your requests

We keep a request for as long as reasonably necessary to handle it and continue relevant business communication, or until we receive a valid deletion request, unless the law requires otherwise.

You may ask what data is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion. Contact the website at its public address.

6. Changes to this policy

If the form workflow or the data collected changes, we will update this page and its version date. The current version is always available at this address.
